VOLUNTEER
We rely on the entire community to volunteer and make the program a success. Volunteer to chair, co-chair or be a member of one of the many committees that help put this program together. Contact us if you are interested in finding out more!

Consider chaperoning the soldiers to and from various events. It is a unique way to have some one on one time with the delegation.
ATTEND EVENTS
The success of our program depends on your participation.
Show up! During the ten day program there are many opportunities for you and your family to meet the delegation.

BE A HOST
Host an IDF reservist in your home. The experience is something that your family will cherish forever. If selected as a host family, you provide a clean bed and bathroom, breakfast daily, as well as transportation to and from a local meeting point. Delegates are with the host families for Shabbat dinner and some free time on the weekend. Tzahal Shalom takes care of everything else. There are events that require your attendance, but, trust us - you won’t want to miss any opportunity to be with your guest. You can apply to be a host by clicking the button below.
BE A BUDDY
Buddy families support the host family and pitch in with transportation or meals and are included in the Tzahal Shalom intimate family experience. Being a Buddy family is a stepping stone to hosting, and provides the family with an enriching close experience with the delegation. You can apply to be a buddy by clicking the button below.
